LLC Purchasing & Warranty Policies
We strive to provide excellent products at deep discounts. Given the nature of these items, we encourage all customers to read our policies closely before purchase.
Returns Policy
Lewisburg Liquidation Center (LLC) is a retailer of items that may be new, used, refurbished, damaged, overstock, returns, or from store close-outs. Due to these factors, LLC treats all sales as final, and all products are sold “as-is.” We encourage all customers to inspect products carefully prior to purchase. All items that require electricity can be plugged in for testing at the retail outlet prior to delivery or loading.
We do not offer refunds on sales. In certain circumstances, customers may be eligible to exchange an item or return it for store credit at the discretion of LLC. All defective or damaged products must be returned in their original purchased condition, with all original tags and labels.
Food products (human or animal), pet medications, and other sealed items opened after purchase cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. If unopened, the product may be exchanged at the discretion of LLC and only with a receipt.
Defective Products
If you discover a product is defective, notify us within 24 hours of purchase. If you notice the defect after 24 hours of purchase, please contact the product’s manufacturer directly. Contact information for the manufacturer is typically included in the product literature. Always save your receipt, as this will be required.
Warranty
Lewisburg Liquidation Center does not offer a warranty beyond the original manufacturer's warranty, if applicable.
Layaway Policy
Layaway items must be paid in full within 30 days, and picked up or have delivery scheduled within 1 week of full payment. Layaway items that are not picked up or delivered within that time frame will be restocked and a restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase price will be applied.
